Customer satisfaction is our first priority. Every item in Treasures Of Morocco .com is hand made and painted so there will be a slight difference in dimensions, details, or colors that will not count as a damage or a defect.
If you receive a damaged item due to transit or incorrect item contact us so we can take the right procedures
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, contact us by phone or by fax or email and we will authorize a return. Without an authorization will charge a 20% restock fee. After we receive the correct return item without any damage we will refund your account by subtracting a 10% to cover the shipping and handling fees.
If you receive a damaged item you have to call us within 3 days after shipment. Other wise we will not accept the item.

Treasures Of Morocco customer will receive a free shipment within the continental united states unless stated otherwise. If you request a faster or other ground service contact us by phone, fax or email and we will adjust the cost and charge you the difference.
You will be charge extra shipping for a shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, other territories and for international. Please submit your order and we will notify you by email or phone or fax for the extra cost. We will send your item only if you accept the extra charges.
Some of the items have an extra shipping fee because their sizes or their handling care. Just submit your item and we will let you know the extra cost and the procedures for the shipment for those items
We will be using ups or FedEx or U.S postal for the shipping but for the oversized item we will let the customer decide witch company he or she would like to use
